04 · Before you book
Booking policies
Appointments
Please schedule your appointment at least 2 days in advance to avoid last-minute rush.
Deposit
Female braids services require a non-refundable £10 deposit to secure your appointment, which is deducted from the service price.
Late arrivals
Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. £10 late fee required after this time. Please note that appointments may be cancelled if lateness affects my schedule.
Cancellation
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
Must read before appointment
Wash & detangle hair
Please come with clean detangled hair. Blow dry is included in all my services.
Payments
I accept only cash payments please!
Additional guests
Extra guests are allowed, please notify before your appointment.
Extensions
I work with both stretched & un-stretched hair (needs to be dropped off before appointment).
Location
Location will be given within 24hrs of your appointment.
No shows
Please let me know if you're unable to make your appointment. No shows would be banned from booking further appointments.
